Christmas Gifts for Sponsor Kids

The Christmas season is fast approaching and we always love to give you the opportunity to give a gift to your sponsor children.

  Bubbles

Christmas is a time for love and joy, a time to spend with family and friends, a time to eat together and to exchange gifts. Our sponsor children, however, do not come from families who can afford to buy presents and chocolates or eat big Christmas dinners. That is why we want to embrace the spirit of Christmas and show them some love and kindness! Every year, thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, we are able to give a practical gift to each of our sponsor children.

However, we can’t do this without your help! If you would like to contribute towards your child’s gift, you can do so by following the link below, making sure you select the project ‘Christmas Gift Scheme’.

Donate to the Christmas Gift Scheme Online

Alternatively, you can post any donations to ‘Abaana – Christmas Gift Scheme’. Please make any cheques payable to ‘Abaana’.

UK residents can also ‘text’ in donations by using the ‘Donr’ SMS Service. You can donate up to £20 per text to our Child Sponsorship Christmas Gift scheme by texing: ABA£(your amount) to 70085. You will then get a message asking you if you would like your donation to be Gift Aided. If you are a UK tax payer, please do consider providing this information as Abaana will receive a further 25p for every £1 donated.

Send your child a Christmas Card

If you would like to send a Christmas card or a small parcel to your sponsor child, we would recommend that you do so now. This will allow for the transfer of post to Uganda. The address to send your Christmas card to is:

*child’s name and BAX code*
Abaana
P.O. Box 35117
Kampala
Uganda
East Africa

Thank you so much for your continued support, kindness and generosity. From all of us at Abaana, we wish you a very merry Christmas
