Goods Purchased

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you can return it to us, up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. If these conditions are met, Abaana will refund the full cost of the item, not including any delivery costs.

Donations Made

As a charity, we are legally constrained regarding making refunds of donations received, other than in certain specified circumstances. We do also realise that errors sometimes happen.
